After internal and external interviews, Savage helped Weir develop and communicate to employees its Brand Promise: We will be recognized as a family of dedicated employees who work together to be indispensable to customers by creating product, engineering and service solutions that positively impact customer success.


Building brand alignment into every piece of the company

After significant growth through acquisitions, the company needed to restructure and align its brand. Savage helped develop a brand hierarchy for business units, products and services that would eliminate customer confusion and position the brand for growth. We ensured every customer touch point aligned – from service centers and sales to advertising and brochures. We were able to leverage the strong heritage of legacy brands by associating them with the product lines while reinforcing a link back to the master brand – Weir Oil & Gas.
