Brand Identity
- Pre-sales began in August of 2005 and 100% of the units were sold within three weeks.
- With only 61 available units, they received 695 reservation requests on the website alone.
- Although this project was sold out quickly, prospect information was collected in the website database, allowing us to market directly to them on future projects.
- The Fountains website now contains information for the next project, so as interested buyers see the Fountains materials, they have a way to express interest on the next development. So far, over 50 potential buyers have registered online for information on the new project.
