Before there was a Facebook, MySpace, or even desktop computers, there was Bethany Haley, the original social networking conduit. The phrase “never met a stranger” was even coined by Bethany – and she receives monthly royalties on its use. The game “Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon” is no longer relevant because it has been trumped by the easier “Two Degrees of Bethany Haley.” Go ahead, try it, she knows everyone. A card-carrying member of Extroverts Anonymous, Bethany works with clients to develop strategy, high-level messaging and communications plans. Working with clients including FlexSteel, FMC Technologies, Griffin Capital, Tenaris and Weir Oil & Gas, she maintains long-term client relationships by providing valuable strategic direction and communications planning. Bethany is an alumna of The University of Arizona and received her MBA from Rice University. She has served as a board member of the Association of Professional Design Firms and currently serves on the board of the National Investor Relations Institute – Houston Chapter. As President of Savage, Bethany is responsible for keeping us focused on our corporate goals and mission, maintaining client relationships, leading management and participating in the sales and marketing process.
