It’s not a coincidence that Ryan likes to literally and figuratively hang out with his dawgs.
It’s not a coincidence that Ryan likes to literally and figuratively hang out with his dawgs. In a past life, he probably was one. Maybe a golden retriever – loyal, kind, happy, smart. Not lifting his leg, making a mess of everything though. More like a golden retriever with a sweet sneaker collection and an H&M wardrobe. But just like man’s best friend, whenever Ryan steps into a room, everyone smiles a little bit more and feels at ease.
It’s easy to make this connection, because Ryan is one of the most encouraging and giving people we know. He’s not one to mark his territory – what’s his is yours. You’ll hear him around the office telling anyone to follow their dreams, to do the things they love, to get the help they may need… he’s like a combination of Casey Kasem and Dr. Phil in a millennial’s body. He reminds us all, with his dogged persistence, to keep going and to go after what it is we want from life.
It’s these qualities and attitudes that made us hire Ryan as soon as we could. He came here as an intern, and when he graduated from University of Texas, we knew we had to have him as a member of our posse. Now, as an Account Manager, he’s using his innate talents to drive client engagements forward. In his role, he strives to understand our client’s needs, thinks strategically about how to meet their goals, and manages marketing efforts from beginning to end. He’s brought his empathy and ability to pivot on a dime to clients like Champion Fiberglass, Houston Area Parkinson Society and Houston-Galveston Area Council Workforce Solutions.
