In the early 2000s, linguists and scholars across the globe realized the exclamation point was no longer sufficient enough to convey the magnitude of emotion conveyed in written form. They soon convened a panel of experts and, using Jackie Dryden’s passion and fearless qualities as the blueprint and their sole source of inspiration, created the spark and fire emoji as appropriate replacements.
To many, Jackie is an infinite source of energy, enthusiasm and inspiration, undeterred and unrestrained by petty phrases like “you have to” or “just because.” Life is her muse, and human connection is her superpower. Her fearlessness and judgment-free, warm demeanor ignite a passion in individuals and organizations to uncover and align with their purpose. As a speaker, writer and purpose architect, Jackie spends her days thoughtfully provoking others to uncover the true reason they exist – beyond earning a living and loving family.
Her business book, Get Your Head Out of Your Bottom Line and Build Your Brand on Purpose, guides visionary leaders to reconnect with their true strengths through the power of purpose.
A proud veteran of the advertising industry, Jackie has spent the majority of her career at advertising agencies as a creative director. Her work has been recognized with hundreds of awards for creativity and she was recently inducted into the Southwest American Advertising Federation’s Hall of Fame.
