Congratulations to the AMA Houston Volunteer of the Year – April Lundy!

We always knew April Lundy is a superstar. As Savage’s ace IT Manager, she keeps us connected and current on the latest technology and systems that help us perform our jobs. Now we are so proud that the American Marketing Association (AMA) Houston Chapter, at the Annual AMA Houston Crystal Awards, recognized April’s contributions to the organization as its 2017-18 Volunteer of the Year.
The annual award is one of the organization’s highest individual honors and rewards a chapter volunteer’s ongoing leadership and success. The Houston Chapter is the largest in the nation and is currently recognized as the Gold Chapter of the Year, which is the highest honor among AMA’s 76 professional chapters.
April has been an AMA Volunteer for more than three years and has shared her IT talents in mastering the A/V presentations at monthly luncheons, has served on several committees, and is currently a member of the Board and Director of the Chapter Excellence Awards submission. Most recently, April served as Judging Chair of the 2018 Crystal Awards.
