Her experience has led her to pinpoint some of the common pitfalls that inhibit organizations from unlocking the full power/potential of purpose to transform their organizations and the lives they touch. Not all organizations were founded with clearly articulated purpose and though uncovering an organization’s purpose can be powerfully unifying, for most, what comes next tends to be exciting and challenging in equal measure.
