Savage Brands announces the executive promotions of Catherine Smith and Heather Manes.

HOUSTON, TX – January 3, 2024 – Savage Brands announces the executive promotions of Catherine Smith and Heather Manes.

Catherine Smith and Heather Manes have each been named President & Strategic Director of Savage’s core divisions, Brand & Culture and Marketing. In their roles, Heather and Catherine will be responsible for division business strategy leading to client and team success, overall growth and Savage’s reputation as a leader in the industry.

Savage’s Brand & Culture division helps clients unlock the good inherent in organizations through the lens of their core purpose. The team then guides leaders in aligning communications and brand experiences for internal and external audiences. Efforts generate purpose-led brand strategy, culture building, and corporate communications that differentiate a client’s brand and drive engagement and loyalty.

Savage’s Marketing Division specializes in helping middle-market companies grow with integrated, leading-edge digital strategies that deliver measurable outcomes. This division’s marketing campaigns have recently garnered recognition from the American Business Awards and the American Marketing Association (AMA).

These promotions come as the company kicks off its 50th year in business. Heather and Catherine have consistently proven their ability to lead, innovate, and grow. Each brings decades of experience leading sizable teams and developing successful strategies for clients. Their track record and loyalty to Savage made the promotion to President an obvious next step in advancing Savage’s vision and enhancing its reputation as the company moves into the next 50 years.
