Posted on Categories Branding

Savage takes home its third award for Vulcan Industrial’s impactful employer branding campaign.

Category: Achievement in Employer Branding Campaign
Award: Gold Stevie Award winner in the 2026 24th Annual American Business Awards®

Savage is proud to be recognized with the Gold Stevie Award, the category’s highest honor, in the 24th Annual American Business Awards. The American Business Awards is the premier accolade for excellence in U.S. business, honoring organizations of all sizes and industries.

This award follows a first-place national win for Best Employer Brand Launch at the 2025 Rally® Awards and a Lantern Award for Internal Branding Campaign at the 2025 Houston Business Marketing Alliance, completing a clean sweep across three of the industry’s most respected stages and confirming what the results have said all along: when an employer brand is built on truth and brought to life with intention, it changes things.

More than 3,700 nominations were considered in the judging process this year by more than 230 professionals worldwide. 2026 Stevie winners will be celebrated during an awards banquet on Tuesday, June 9 at the Marriott Marquis in New York City.

What the Judges Said

“I love a campaign that combines sound strategic thinking with well-resourced and thoughtful execution. It doesn’t hurt that the business results are the kind that make a CFO pay attention alongside the CHRO. The phased rollout from executive alignment down to front-line employees shows you know how culture change actually works, and the competition is the kind of detail that tells you the team understood their audience.”

“Savage Brands provided an outstanding submission for their EVP program to collaborate, engage, and empower. The team provided the strategy, the methods and the delivery that had an impact for a brand employer program. Congratulations!”

“This was a well-thought-out and well-executed launch. I could envision the enthusiasm while reading about the experience. The included metrics clearly showed the impact of this successful campaign.”

“What a mega cool and thoughtful piece of work, such clear value-add from this work.”
