Having placed several individuals at Savage over the years through Matchstick, his successful staffing firm, Steven was already familiar with the company’s rare and genuine culture. His relationship with several members of Savage’s team was pivotal in his decision to join. “Savage offered me the chance to grow both professionally and personally—within marketing and in my passion for culture and employee engagement,” he said. “It’s the kind of company that deserves to grow, and I want to be a part of that journey.”
